The app which runs Windows on MacOS (like parallels) will run much faster and smoother on M1 chips than on the Intel ones! That explanation is especially for intel Mac‘s! When you run a app in an operating system that runs in an app on an other operating system then it will be much slower than running an app on an operating system while the second operating system is „turned off“! Then you can run Windows/linux and MacOS (obviously) separated from each other. I would also recommend to buy a MacBook with an intel-processor. Cause it’s a Apple Chip and not one from Intel.
